YOUTH SPRING WEIGHTLIFTING CAMP
This 6-Week Weightlifting Camp is focused on developing weightlifting technique, strength, and knowledge. Camp is geared towards those wishing to build conditioning for sports, getting active, and those interested learning about the sport of weightlifting. Classes are held once a week on Saturdays 11:45am -12:45pm for a total of 6 weeks, beginning on March 13th, 2021 and ending on April 17th, 2021.\
Two class sessions are offered: Beginner (Grades 4-8) and High School.
Programming and coaching will be done by intern and coach, Joshua Vogsland.
Please note that If any classes are missed there won't be opportunities to make up any classes.
