Camp Details

The Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp is designed to develop general physical preparedness and build confidence in youth ages 6-13. Our camp will be split into two different groups depending on your athlete’s age. Athletes age 6-8 will attend on Tuesdays and Thursday from 10:15 AM-11:30 AM in CrossFit Fargo’s main gym. Athletes age 9-13 will attend on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:15 AM – 11:30 AM in CrossFit Fargo’s main gym. The camp will run from the week of June 3rd through August 5th with a competition the week of August 12th. There will be no classes the week of July 1st and 8th.

Here are the costs for ages 6-8:

  • Cost: The total cost for the entire summer program is $400 per athlete.
  • When you register, there will be a $50 cost to hold the athlete’s spot for camp.
  • There will then be a payment of $175 at the beginning of June and July.

Here are the cost for the 9-13 year old and 14-19 year old camps:

TEEN Summer Strength & Conditioning camp is designed to develop general physical preparedness and build confidence in youth ages 14-19.
Session is a 8-week session beginning June 4th and culminating with a CrossFit Fargo YE competition at the beginning of August.


Class will be 7:30 AM – 8:45AM OR 1:15 PM – 2:30 PM on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (There will be no classes the week of July 1st and 8th).

Session Detail Breakdown:


3 Days a week (NOTE: 1 day a week will include Partner/Team based work)


Day 1: Strength Day consists of a Olympic lifting segment, power-lifting segment, and bodybuilding accessory work


Day 2: Speed/Endurance Day consists of a mix of the following: plyometric work, mobility, interval training, long slow distance work


Day 3: Would hybridize the teen training and take a workout from CFF group programming to be modified appropriately for the teens.


Registration is $385/Month. Reserve your child’s spot for $50 with the remaining balance of $360 due per month over the 8 week session.

Yet, everything we do is grounded in science. Our fitness program can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to better performance. From general fitness to sport-specific training, there is no better program out there.

Results

Our goal is for every child to be able to take on whatever they choose when outside our walls, and to feel physically and mentally prepared to do so. By meeting every child where they're at with programming customized for them and which progresses each of our weeks together, students will feel and witness their growth through objective markers, while having fun and celebrating every small win along the way.
