2021 Summer Strength & Conditioning Camps 

CrossFit Fargo has offered youth Strength and Conditioning camps for the past 7 years. We know that physical readiness is only part of the equation. That's why we incorporate the tenets of the Youth Empowerment Systems by incorporating character development into our programs. 

This summer we will have 5-Week Strength and Conditioning Camps, as well as small group training.

Strength & Conditioning - GPP

This 5-week session is designed to develop general physical preparedness and build character in youth. Suitable for athletes in any sport, as well as youth who are looking to stay active and fit. Time is spend learning movement mechanics, proper technique, leadership and discipline, and weight room etiquette. This camp also develops the 10 elements of fitness: Endurance, Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Accuracy, Balance, and Agility. 

Strength & Conditioning - GPP - Grades 4-8 

Block A: June 7 - July 8, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:00-11:30am

Strength & Conditioning - GPP - Grades 4-8

Block B: July 19 - August 19, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:00-11:30am

Strength & Conditioning - GPP - Grades 9-12

Block A: June 7 - July 8, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:00-11:30am

Strength & Conditioning - GPP - Grades 9-12

Block B: July 19 - August 19, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:00-11:30am


Price for each 5-week block is $299. $50 Down Payment is due upon signup to reserve your spot, with remaining balance due one week before session starts.
