We offer specialty camps and workshops to learn and improve technique, build working strength, and develop a more intuitive understanding of specific skills and lifts.
Upon signing up for a camp, you will receive an email with a link to a self-evaluation form and instructions on sending video of yourself performing relevant exercises. Your self-evaluation form and videos will be used to assess your individual training needs when developing the best program for athletes in the camp as a whole.
Camp programs are designed to be progressive in both skill and strength development. While you can expect to spend plenty of time practicing the exact skill or lift you aim to improve, you will also have strength-building accessory work to do each week that will benefit your progress and performance.
Please note: Some camps have pre-requisites. These are not meant to exclude anybody. Pre-requisites are meant to help guide athletes into programs in which they will see the most success.
These camps have limited capacity. CrossFit Fargo members get a discount on registration as a benefit of their membership.
