Row 500m
12 Single Arm DB Thruster (6 per side) @50/35#
12 Single Arm DB Renegade Row (6 per side) @50/35#
12 Single Arm DB Split Jerk (6 per side) @50/35#
30 Double Unders

Rest walk 2-3 mins between sets


Fitness: 350m Row + Light DB for all [Push Press instead of Split Jerk]
