Then...
-1 Set of As Many Reps as Possible at that weight.

A2. Weighted Pull Up
Build to tough set of 3
-Build to a heavy TRIPLE [90%]
Then...
-1 Set of As Many Reps as Possible at that weight.

Fitness: 6-8 Back Squats -OR- 10-12 Goblet Squats @30X1 + Max Set of Ring Rows
Performance: Strict Weighted/1 eccentric for each rep you cannot do concentic
Sport: Strict C2B Weighted

 

M-2: 3 Rounds for Time:

500m Row

25 Wall Ball Shots

15 Toes to Bar

Rest :90 active b/t rounds

 

Score each round individually

 

Fitness: 350m Row + 20 Wall Ball Shots + 15 Hanging Knee Raise/Sit Ups
