*Build to a heavy set of 8 each side, then perform 2 more sets at that same weight.

Option A:
20 Abmat Sit-Up
10 DB Push Press (RIght) (50/35)
10 DB Push Press (Left)

 

Option B:
20 Abmat Sit-Up
10 DB Push Press (RIght) (35/20)
10 DB Push Press (Left)

 

Option C:
12 Abmat sit-up
6 DB Snatch (Right)
6 DB Snatch (Left)

Target Time: 6:00 - 9:00
