M-1: Front Squat/Split Jerk 5 Sets: 2 FS + 1 Split Jerk @ 65% 1RM Clean and Jerk *3 Sec Pause at parallel on Front Squats

M-2: Partner Workout AMRAP 12 (Split up however) Option A: 12 Deadlift (115/75) 9 Hang Power Clean 6 Shoulder to overhead Option B: 12 Deadlift (95/65) 9 Hang Power Clean 6 Shoulder to overhead Option C: 12 DB Deadlift 9 DB Hang Power Clean 6 DB Push Press *They can partner up with different barbell weights if need be *Objective is to work on cycling barbell with speed and making it look pretty with about 1:1 work/rest. *Barbell should be light for them
