M-1: "Barbara" 5 Rounds For Time: Option A: 20 Pull Up 30 Push Up 40 Sit-Up 50 Air Squat *Rest 3 Minutes Between each round Option B: 10 Ring Row 20 Box Push Up/Savanna Bar Push Up 30 Sit-Up 40 Air Squat *Rest 3 Minutes Between each round Option C: 10 Jumping Pull Up 15 Knee/Box Push Up 20 Sit-Up 25 Air Squat *Rest 3 Minutes Between each round NOTES: Athletes should not take more than 9:00 per round. Scale reps on following rounds if you see this happening. Should be able to keep moving.
