M-2: For Time: 150 Wall balls* *E2MOM perform 1 Round Cindy: 5 Pull Up 10 Push Up 15 Air Squat Option A: Wall ball (20/14) *Cindy 5 Pull Up 10 Push Up 15 Air Squat Option B: Wall ball (14/10) *Cindy 5 Pull Up 10 Box/Knee Push Up 15 Air Squat Option C: 100 Wall ball *Cindy 5 Jumping Pull up 5 Box/Knee Push up 10 Air Squat *Gear 3 *Goal is to be able to keep moving and hold on *Cindy shouldn't take any longer than a minute, if so scale reps
