5 Sets:
8 DB Seated Arnold Presses
8 Double DB Curl
8 Band resisted Pushups
8 DB rows/side


*All movements should be around Rpe 7-8. Meaning challenging but form is solid and NOT TO FAILURE.
* If they cannot perform banded then do regular pushups or box push ups
