Option B: 9 Box Jump (24/20) 12 Hspu/Mod Hspu 15 Wall Ball (14/10) 18 Jumping Lunge (bear hugging wallball)

Option C: 9 Box Jump (24/20) 12 Pike Hspu 15 Wall Ball (14/10) 18 Lunge (bodyweight)
