M-1: Deadlift 8 @7 8 @8 8 @9 8 X 1 @90% of "9" weight *Build to challenging but technically sound weight leaving 1-2 good reps left in the tank. Then 1 set at 90% of that weight

M-2: For Time:

Option A: 100m Row 10 Burpee over erg 100m Row 9 Burpee over erg 100m Row 8 Burpee over erg 100m Row 7 Burpee over erg etc... to 100m Row and 1 Burpee over erg

Option B/C: 100m Row Burpee (stationary)

Target Time: 10:00 - 12:00

Extra Credit: 4 Sets: 20 Russian Twists (W/ Medball) 0:30 Hollow Hold (On bar) Rest 0:30 Betwen
