Athletes build over the first three sets to a challenging but submaximal weight, leaving one rep in the tank. They should use 90-95% of that load for the fourth set.

 

M-2:  4 Rounds for time:

Option A:
21 Bench Presses 135/95#
15 Pull ups
400m Run

Option B:
21 Bench Presses 95/65#
15 Jumping Pull ups
400m Run

Option C:
15 Bench Press 45/35#
10 Ring Row
200m Run

Target Time: 18-24:00
