Heavy deadlifts are never touch-and-go unless specified.

Athletes build over the first three sets to a challenging but technical weight, leaving 2 reps in the tank. Repeat that weight for the fourth set.

35 Overhead Squats (75/55 lb)
90 Double-Unders

Option B:
15 Deadlifts 155/105#
35 Overhead Squats 45/35
40 Double Unders

Option C:
15 Deadlifts 95/65#
35 Goblet Squats
90 Single Unders
