M-1: Back Squat 10-10-10-10 Notes Athletes build over the first three sets to a challenging but technical weight, leaving 2 reps in the tank. Repeat that weight for the fourth set.

M-2: 6 Rounds For Time: Option A: 200m Run 50' Walking Lunge Option B: 200m Run 30' Walking Lunge Option C: 4 Rounds for Time: 200m Run 30' Walking Lunge Target Time: 12:00 GEAR: 3
