Athletes build over the first three sets to a weight which is challenging but submaximal, leaving one good rep in the tank. Use 90-95% of that set for the remaining two sets.

Option A:
a) 0:30 Back Squats 225/155#
b) 0:30 Assault Bike (Calories)

Option B:
a) 0:30 Back Squats @ 65%
b) 0:30 Assault Bike (Calories)

Option C:
a) 0:30 Back Squats to Box or goblet squats
b) 0:30 Assault Bike (Calories)
