Athletes build over the first three sets to a weight which is challenging but manageable, leaving two good reps in the tank. Repeat for two more sets.

3/2 Legless Rope Climbs, 15' Ascent

Option B:
12 Thrusters, 95/65#
3/2 Rope Climbs

Option C:
12 Thrusters, 55/35#
6 Rope Walkups or 9 Ring Rows
