M-1: Squat Clean Option A: (1) 10:00 to Build to Heavy Double Squat Clean (2) 10x1 on 0:30, use 85-90% of today's heavy double Option B: (1) 10:00 to Build to Heavy Power Clean + 2 Front Squats (2) 10x1 Power Clean + FS on 0:30, use 85-90% of today's heavy double Option C: (1) 10:00 to Build to challenging but mechanically sound Hang Power Clean + Front Squat (2) 10x1 Hang PC + FS on 0:30, use a weight a bit lighter than heaviest set TIMECAP: 17:00 Athletes should leave a rep in the tank, not go for a 2RM.

M-2: 4 Rounds for time: Option A: 21 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans, 50#/35# 15 Toes-to-Bar Option B: 21 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans, 35/20# 15 Knee Raises Option C: 21 Dumbbell Front Squats 15 Sit ups Target Time: 8-12:00 GEAR: 3
