M-1: Front Squat

5 @ 6 RPE 5 @ 7 RPE 5 @ 8 RPE Plus 2 repeat sets

Athletes build over the first three sets to a weight which is challenging but manageable, leaving two good reps in the tank. Repeat for two more sets.

M-2: 3 Rounds For Time:

Option A 60 Double Unders 30 Wall Ball, 20# to 10'/14# to 9' 20 Toes-to-Bar

Option B 30 Double Unders 30 Wall Ball, 14/10# 10 Toes to Bar

Option C 90 Single Unders 20 Wall Ball 20 Hanging Knee raises or Situps

Target Time: 9-12:00 GEAR: 2.5
