Granite Games Throwdown: Division Guidelines

CrossFit Fargo has partnered with the Granite Games to put on another epic competition experience.
Here are some guidelines to help you and your teammates select the division that's right for you. At least 2 out of the 3 athletes should be able to safely perform:
Hanging Knee Raises
Dumbbell Power Snatch 35/20#
Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead 35/20#
Deadlift 135/95# for Reps
Chest to Bar Pull ups
Toes to Bar
Dumbbell Power Snatch 50/35#
Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead 50/35#
Deadlift 225/155# for Reps
