Load: Use 60% of Split Jerk

10 Toes-to-Bar
10 Box Jump w/ Step Down 24/20"

 

Goal: Sprint type effort with consistent round times. Push your abilities and work to earn rest each time.

Load: Choose a load that allows sprint type effort.

10 Hanging Knee Raises
