10 Steps Running (In place with jump rope)

10 Hollow Rocks

 

M-1: 5K Run

 

L2: 2 Mile Run 
*If needed, can sub a 10K Bike or 8K Row. 
*If you finish with 15:00+ left in class, begin Back Squats.

Notes: Build to a challenging set of 10. Use 85% of heavy 10 for set of 20.
