M-1: Back Squat


Build over the first three sets to a weight which is heavy but technical, leaving two good reps in the tank. The fourth set is performed with 90% of the third set.

M-2: AMRAP 15:

15 Wall Ball, 20# to 10'/14# to 9'

12 One Legged Squats, alternating

9 Hang Squat Cleans, 115#/75#

L2: Mod Pistols, 95/65

L1: Lunges, 75/55
