The 4th Annual Dakota Games will take place this Saturday and Sunday. This is a two day CrossFit competition that CrossFit Fargo hosts locally. We have seen worth in hosting this competition for the opportunity it gives athletes in the experience of competition, and also for the benefits that come back to our gym and it's members. Through hosting in the past we have been able to purchase large amounts of new equipment, and look forward to being able to see returns again this year. There will be no classes this Friday due to Dakota Games set-up.

MAIN WOD

M-1: 3 Second Pause Front Squat

Heavy Set of 5, 2 Down Sets

OPTIONAL: If Athletes are doing Granite Games do Qualifier #3 instead of Front Squats, then do Qualifier #2 with Class.

Beginning on a 4:00 clock: 2 Rounds 12 Overhead Squats 95/65 12 Toes to Bar

If completed before 4:00, add 4:00 to the clock and proceed to: 2 Rounds 10 Overhead Squats 135/95 12 Toes to Bar

If completed before 8:00, add 4:00 to the clock and proceed to: 2 Rounds 8 Overhead Squats 165/115 12 Toes to Bar
