Event 4 will be a waterfall style event. At the count of 3, 2, 1, Go! Female partners will begin on the Row. At the completion of 60 Calories females will move into the Pistols/Lunges and males will be able to begin the 60 Calorie Row. Females will complete 50 Pistols/Lunges, followed by their male partner. The same pattern will apply to Box Jump Overs (Step Overs will be allowed for Scaled), Toes to Bar/Hanging Feet Above Waist, and Handstand Push Ups/Shoulder to Overhead with each athlete completing all of the repetitions. Females may move as quickly as they are able through the workout. Males may not pass their female partner. When female partners make it to the rope climbs they must complete one Rope Climb for RX. At that point both partners can partition the following 9 Rope Climb reps as they see fit. For Scaled athletes all 10 Rope Climbs may be partitioned according to the athletes' choosing. This workout will have a 20:00 Time Cap.

Score will be the time it takes to complete. If the work is not completed before the time cap score will be 20:00 + :01 for every rep not complete.
