At the count of 3, 2, 1, Go! With one athlete working at a time, one partner will begin on Chest to Bar Pull Ups/Pull Ups. Each member of the team must complete a minimum of one C2B/Pull Up rep for both partners to move into Burpees. So long as each partner has completed one C2B/PU rep the rest of the reps may be partitioned between the two athletes however they choose. Once the C2B/PU reps are complete both athletes will complete 15 Synchronized Burpees to Target. To meet the standards of synchronization both athletes must have their chest touching the floor at the same time, and both must have hands touch the target at the same time. Targets will be within 6 inches of hands' reach when arms are raised above head. Once the Burpee reps are complete, athletes will move into Snatches. With one athlete working at a time, one partner may begin the Snatch reps. Each member of the team must complete a minimum of one snatch at the weight listed for the team to move forward. So long as each partner has completed one rep at the weight the rest of the reps may be partitioned between the two athletes however they choose. If partners come to a place where one partner is able to complete either the C2B/PU or Snatches but their partner is not able to complete the minimum of one rep, the completed repetitions will count toward the team's score, but the team will not be able to move forward in the workout. If the work designated for the first 4:00 minutes is completed under the 4:00 cap athletes will move on with a new time cap of 8:00 for the next set of C2B/PU, Burpees, and Snatches. As soon as athletes complete the work they may move on to the next round, they do not need to wait for the 4:00 to be up. As long as the partners complete the work before their time cap they will continue to progress through the workout.

Score will be the time it takes to complete the full workout. If the workout is incomplete either because the athletes are time capped, or because they are not able to able to complete the movements, score will become total reps with a tie break of the time the last full round was completed.
