50 Calorie Assault Bike For Time
4:00 Time Cap
Prior to starting this workout each athlete will have 2:00 to make adjustments on their bike. Male athletes will begin on the bike. At the count of 3, 2, 1, Go! Male partner will bike 50 calories as fast as possible. Male partner will then have 2:00 from the time cap to transition to Event 2. Female partner will use this 2:00 to prepare their bikes. At the count of 3, 2, 1, Go! Female partner will bike 50 calories as fast as possible, at the same time male partner begins Event 2. At the time cap female partner will have 2:00 to transition to Event 2.
Score will be the time it takes to complete 50 Calories. If the work is not completed before the time cap score will be 4:00 + :01 for every rep (in this case calorie) not complete. Score for Event 1 will be shown as Event 1a and Event 1b, with 1a being males scored against males, and 1b being females scored against females. 1a and 1b on their own will only receive half of the value of an event, making the point value for Event 1 equal to all other events.
