M-1: Every Minute for 20 Minutes:

M-2: With a Partner

Partner A: Row 750m, 500m, 250m

Partner B: AMRAP of: 8 Dumbbell Snatch M50-60/F30-40 4 Burpees

--20:00 Time Cap-- *Each partner will do each row. *The other partner will do the AMRAP portion for as long as their partner is rowing.
