Row 250m, first 5 strokes legs only, next 5 legs + body, finish remaining distance with full strokes

10 Walking Lunges, medicine ball overhead

10 Superman Extensions w/Pause @ Top

M-1: With a Partner, As Far As Possible in 35 Minutes:

Partner A performs 1 Calorie Row + 1 Wall Ball, 20#/14# to 11/10' while Partner B Rests. Then, Partner B performs 1 Calorie Row + 1 Wall Ball while Partner A Rests.

M-2: Post WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 pull-ups/Ring Rows
