Schedule Private Training Sessions Online

We must have some extra-motivated folks in the gym right now! We've had several inquiries about private skill sessions/personal training lately, and I wanted to make it easier for athletes to schedule a time to work one-on-one with a coach. Private training sessions offer individualized exercise selection and coaching to help you reach the next level in your training.
Here are the details:
-Visit the appointments tab in Zen Planner to view available times for your private session. You can filter it by coach as well.
-Cost is $45/hour for one-on-one session
-Be sure to leave a comment at the bottom of the reservation page on what you'd like to focus on, and be specific!
-If you would like to schedule a private session for a group of 2 or more people, please email jessica@crossfitfargo.com to get the discounted rate.
We recommend private training sessions for people who need some one-on-one help in any of the following areas:
-Increasing strength in a specific area (ex: upper body, lower body, core)
-Gaining new skills (ex: pull ups, muscle ups, handstand work, double unders)
-Training for a competition
-Refining technique in Olympic lifts, Running or Rowing
-Or just wants some dedicated and uninterrupted one-on-one coaching
