7/5/16 Week 11 Day 2 - Fargo Barbell


I hope everyone had a good 4th of July weekend. Time to get back to work. The competition is less than 2 weeks away and we are in our final stage of preparation. Anyone who is competing please try to make it in as much as possible in the next two weeks so we can prepare properly for the competition.

  • High Hang Snatch - 1RM; 90% 2 x 1

  • Power Clean + Power Jerk - (1+1)RM; 90% x (1+1) x 2

  • Snatch Pull - 100% 3 x 2
