Week 11 Day 2

Ok yesterday I gave most of you a day off due to your participation in Dakota Games. I know a day typically isn't enough for your body to fully recover from the beating it took this weekend, but I will start posting workouts and we can determine what you should and shouldn't do on a case to case basis. Also there is only 3 weeks until the &01 competition so we will be getting a few more weeks of good training in preparation for those competing to peak at the competition. This will be a good competition and will be lots of fun. If you are not competing it would be great for anyone and everyone to come and cheer them on.

  • Dip Snatch - 1RM; 90% 2 x 1

  • Power Clean + Power Jerk - (1+1)RM; 90% x (1+1) x 2

  • Snatch Pull - 100% 3 x 2
