6/23/16 Week 10 Day 4 - Fargo Barbell

After that nice day we had yesterday with low weight we get to put some heavy weight back on the bar today. Try and hit some PRs if we are feeling good.

 

  • Snatch - 1RM

  • Clean & Jerk - 1RM

  • Back Squat - 1RM; 90%x1, 95%x1
