This is going to be a fun day. These are fun movements that I think people will enjoy lifting heavy on. Fun way to get a new PR on something.

  • High Hang Snatch - 1RM; 90%x1, 95%x1, 90%x1

  • Power Clean + Power Jerk - (1+1)RM; 90% x (1+1), 95% x (1+1), 90% x (1+1)

  • Clean Pull - 110% 4 x 2
