6/13/16 Week 9 Day 1 - Fargo Barbell


This week is going to start getting heavy, We might see some more PRs and we will definately start getting used to moving that heavy weight again. Great news for those getting tired of those hard working sets and all that volume.

  • Snatch - 1RM; 90%x1, 95%x1, 90%x1

  • Clean & Jerk - 1RM; 90%x1, 95%x1, 90%x1

  • Front Squat - 70%x2, 80%x2, 85%x2, 90% 3 x 1

  • Snatch Pull - 115% 4 x 2
