6/10/16 Weekend Workout Week 8 - Fargo Barbell


If there is any confusion about the front squats for the weekend workout I will clarify. You will do 2 sets at 75%, 1 at *0%, and 1 at 85%. Then you will go back down to the 75% and repeat the wave again.

  • Snatch - 70%x2, 75%x2, 80%x2x2

  • Clean & Jerk - 70%x2, 75%x2, 80%x2x2

  • Front Squat - (75%x2, 80%x1, 85%x1) x 2

  • Clean Pull - 100%x2x3
