6/7/16 Week 8 Day 2 - Fargo Barbell

Great workout for today. Lots of technique work and finishing up with some strength work at the end. Be sure to maintain good, tight back position throughout all of the lifts today. it's a short day so be sure to make every rep count. It should be fast and crisp. Also Dakota Games are coming up.
