It's Memorial Day. A high percentage of you will be doing Murph. That is enough. If you do Murph don't even think about touching a barbell unless it is for recovery purposes. If you are not doing Murph, then I do have a workout for you.

 

Hang Snatch - 73% 2 x 3, 73% 2 x 2

Jerk - 82% 4 x 2

Clean Pull (Standing on a 3 in. block) - 80% 5 x 5

Back Squat - 88% 5 x 3

AB Work - Accumulate 200 reps
