Week 5 Weekend Workout - Fargo Barbell
This weekend workout is a nice and easy one. Last day of the down week before we start going hard again next week. For those that haven't come back in the room lately we have a new lifter joing our ranks with Melissa. She has been working for about 2 months now and she is going to start the regular programming starting this coming week. She PR'd every lift she did this week most by over 10 pounds, some by over 20! Also it sounds like we may get another white board in back so you can stop hearing me complaining that I will have to redo the white board to fit everyone, which by the way is an awesome problem to have. Enough chat here is your workout for this weekend.
Snatch - 70% x 2, 75% x 2, 77% x 2
Clean and Jerk - 70% x 2, 75% x 2, 77% x 2
