10 Good Mornings @ 30X1 Tempo (Very Light)

10 Box Jumps, Moderate Height, Step Down

10 Kettlebell Press + Overhead Squat/Side (Very Light)

M-2: Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

Notes:

Build over the first three sets. The third set should be near maximal, leaving one good rep in the tank. Drop 10% for the fourth and fifth sets.
