Sunday Team RWB Honoring Marine Corp. Jason Dunham

On April 14, 2004, while manning a checkpoint in Husaybah, Iraq, Marine Caporal Jason L. Dunham threw his body on a grenade dropped by an insurgent. His selfless act saved the lives of two of his fellow Marines. Corporal Dunham died from his wounds 8 days later, he was 22. Due to his actions on that fateful day, Corporal Dunham was awarded the Medal of Honor. He was the first Marine to receive the Medal of Honor since the Vietnam War.
