FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS CHALLENGE WEEK #5

 

Do 10 minutes of EXTRA mobility outside of class 4 days this week. Focus on areas which you might have limited mobility. Ask your coaches for any mobility needs you have! 

 

 

MAIN WOD

M-1: Snatch Grip Push Press + Snatch Balance

Build to Max, then 2 Sets of 1 @ 90%

 

M-2: 12:00 AMRAP:

3 Muscle-Ups

6 Strict Handstand Pushups

36 Double Unders

 

Muscle Up → Jumping MU → Box Transitions

HSPU → Perfect Push Up

F-1: Front Squat

F-2: 14:00 AMRAP:

10 Pull Ups

20 Sit Ups

10 Med Ball Cleans

10 Box Jumps
