Four times this week, get at least 7 hours of sleep at night. (We are prescribing REST, so take advantage of it!!!
M-1: Back Squat 3 Sets of 1 @ 90% of 3RM Load Note: If you did not perform last week's 3RM, use 8RPE or build in singles to a weight you could perform for "two more good reps" and do a total of three singles with that weight.
M-2: 2 Rounds For Time: 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 135#/95# 75 Double Unders 15 Overhead Squats, 135#/95# Scale for 10:00 intensity.
F-1: Clean + Front Squat
Build to a Heavy
F-2: 15:00 AMRAP
20 DB Snatches
15 Sit Ups
