Notes:
Build over the first three sets. The weight used on the third set should be repeated for the remaining three sets. Use a weight which allows all sets with good form.
M-2: As Far As Possible in 12:00 of: 30 Double-unders 10 Power Snatch 95/65 30 Double-unders 11 Power Snatch 30 Double-unders 12 Power Snatch etc, etc, etc...
