5:00 – 10:00 Skills & Drills: 5:00 – 10:00 Mobility: < 5:00 WOD: ‘TOSH’ 3 X (200m, 400m, 600m) (.125 M, .25 M, .3125 M) 1:1 Work:Rest Example, if the 200m takes :35, rest :35; the 400m takes 1:09, rest 1:09; the 600m takes 3:00, rest 3:00; etc.

LI Warm Up: 5:00 – 10:00 Mobility: 5:00 WOD: 1,200m (.75 M) then 8 X :30 Run, 2:00 Rest

TT Warm Up:

< 5:00 Mobility: < 5:00 WOD:

1,600m (1 M), 5:00 Rest Repeats until time is lost by :30 - :45.
