*Reminder 4:30pm Sunday will be our meeting for the Marathon Training program. It is recommended if you are interested in the CrossFit Fargo Endurance running plan you attend this Skills Class. We will cover running form, skills & drills, mobility and warm up to be used when following the program on your own.


M-1: Bent Over Supine Grip Barbell Rows 6x5

*Focus on full range of motion, not jerking or kipping the back

M-2: 4 Rounds Each For Time

20 KB/DB Thrusters *pick a weight you can do smoothly

10 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20

Rest 1:1 w/ Partner
