This Thanksgiving, we are thankful for food on the table, a roof over our head, and an abundance of family and friends to share memorable moments with. We are blessed to have a gym full of people like you all who are passionate about community and life-long fitness.

Army Sgt Thomas J Sweet, 23, of Bismarck, North Dakota; assigned to 1st Battalion, 5th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, based in Fort Riley, Kan.; died of non-combat related injuries Nov. 27 in Junction City, Iraq.
