MAIN WOD M: 1 "Unknown Catastrophe" For Time with a partner: 800m Run w/ Med Ball (#20/#14) 15 Rope Climbs (15') 30 Thrusters (135#/95#) 50 Box Jump Overs (24"/20") 30 Overhead Squats (135#/95#) 80 Pushups 30 Squat Clean & Jerk (135#/95#) 800m Run w/ Med Ball (#20/#14)

Notes: Partners complete run together, trading off medicine ball as necessary. One partner works at a time on all other exercises.

15' Rope Climbs → 12' Rope Climbs → 3 Walk Ups/1 Box Jump Overs (24"/20") → Lower Height, before → Step Ups If weight needs to be modified use 55-60% of Clean & Jerk.
