One-on-One Customized Training Program and Accountability

CrossFit Fargo Personal Trainers are highly regarded in the Fargo-Moorhead area as the best of the best. All of our trainers hold at least a four year degree, plus numerous training certifications. How it Works

The first step to getting started with personal training at CrossFit Fargo is to schedule a free consultation intro. During this appointment, we will learn about your goals, preferences, and accountability needs. We will give you a tour of our facility and an overview of the norms of our gym so you can feel at home. Then, you will be matched with a trainer that specializes in your training needs. 

Next, we will schedule 30 or 60-minute training appointments based on the days and times that are most convenient for you. Our private training hours are 5am - 9pm. We also offer private training appointments on weekends. If you are a person who likes to track progress digitally, we will also set you up with one of our exclusive apps prior to your first training appointment.
