The 6-Week Boot Camp is more than a workout program: it’s your step-by-step OnRamp to a healthy life.
Boot Camp starts October 5th and is for people who are motivated to get in shape and lose weight. It includes:
Private Intake Appointment with your Coaching Team
3 Group Workout Sessions per Week with a CrossFit Fargo Coach (Mon, Tues, Thurs at 1:00 and 7:30pm)
2 Meetings with a Nutrition Coach
Customized Meal Plan with Shopping Lists and Recipes
Body Composition Testing

It all starts with Boot Camp: a short (but very focused) six weeks of fitness and nutrition coaching from the best in the business!
Boot Camp Starts Monday, January 4th and runs for 6 weeks. The following session is capped at 12 participants . It's best to register now while you are motivated so you don't lose your spot!
Classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 1:00pm and 7:30pm.

I was 43 years old and in the worst shape of my life. My blood pressure was high and my triglyceride count was out of control. I needed to do something, and like most people I would join a gym on Jan 1st. I would hit it hard for a few weeks then stop going but continue paying for the next 6 months. What a waste of money.
Crossfit is DIFFERENT. It worked for me because we workout with a group of people that never judge you and are always very encouraging. I found that even though I couldn’t do half the movements at first, I got a better workout than I had any other gym. At CrossFit Fargo, you become part of a community not just a member of a gym.
With just a few months, I felt better than I had in years. I added a healthy eating plan and before I knew it, I was in the need for smaller clothes. I have lost 45 lbs and my health stats are great. I’m turning 48 this month, and feel like I can accomplish anything I set out to do.
Getting involved in CrossFit has helped me become a healthier person physically and mentally. Life is too short to wait till next Monday, do it now and you won’t regret it.
I started with CrossFit Fargo on April 9, 2017, when my friend talked me into attending a 6-week program. I decided I wanted to get in shape before I turned 40, and set one goal: to be able to do one pull-up before my birthday in six months. After the first workout, I realized just how out of shape I had let myself become.
I continued to attend workouts 3x/week, and started to notice small changes. I was able to push myself a little more, my clothes started to fit better, my mood improved. After a few more months, I started attending more classes per week.
By the time my 40th birthday came around, I was able to complete exercises I hadn't thought were possible before. The community at Crossfit Fargo creates such an amazing atmosphere for growth, and all the coaches are amazing, helpful, and offer support and guidance in an extremely constructive way.
When I started CrossFit, I was close to 29% body fat. After 9 months of attending, and making minor modifications to my diet, I'm down to 18%, and have more energy than I can remember. I'm also grateful for the friendships I've made since I joined, and the support fellow athletes provide. I'm excited to see what changes and milestones I hit over the next year.
Joining CrossFit Fargo is one of the best decisions I have made for my overall health. I look forward to getting up each morning, working out with a great group of people, and becoming a little better than the day before.
My only regret is not finding a program like this earlier in life. Commit to show up, do the work, and the results will take care of themselves.
